Power play goals overpower Santa Margarita

Friday, December 21, 2023 - Second year forward Makai Badillo (3) opened scoring in the 1st period with a power play goal assisted by YLHS Sophomores Joon Kim (1) and Max Shirai (4). Joon went on to score two more goals, his 5th and 6th of the season. A power play goal for the game winner assisted by 10th grade Ethan Sanders (5) and the insurance goal in the 3rd period assisted by Freshman Casey Sherman (1) and Shirai (5). Hudson Freker save 30 shots for his 5th win of the season.
