Varsity defends 1st place against Servite

Varsity defended their first place seat in the Anaheim Ducks High School Hockey League D3 Ridge Conference with a win over good Servite Friars team. Julie Becerra saved 18 shots in her 8th win. Casey Sherman was the playmaker last night setting up all three goals. Kaleb Adams scored his team leading 13th goal. Captain Joon Kim scored the game winning goal and Luc Varela scored his 6th. With the win, Varsity keeps a share of 1st place with the Stockton Colts.
