Varsity tops Pacific Ridge School

Yorba Linda High School junior Canyon Foreman scored his first Anaheim Ducks High School Hockey League varsity goal to send Varsity on its way to a 3-1 win over Pacific Ridge School. Kaleb Adams and Ethan Sanders assisted on Canyon’s goal. Julie Becerra was perfect until a weird rebound off her face mask spoiled the shutout. Adams scored the game winning goal from an assist by Casey Sherman. Sherman’s assist was awarded by an empty goal to put the game away. The win keeps Varsity in 2nd place.
